ধরি, প্রথম বিজোড় সংখ্যাটি হলো x.
তাহলে পরবর্তী 2টি বিজোড় সংখ্যাগুলো হবে যথাক্রমে (x + 2), (x + 4),
প্রশ্নমতে, x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 2(x + 4) + 6
= >3x + 6 = 2x + 8 + 6
∴x = 8
x + 2 = 10
x + 4 = 12
∴সমষ্টি = 8 + 10 + 12 = 30
